Welcome To KORCOS!

Your institution is invited to join the Korea Council of Overseas Schools (KORCOS). KORCOS, created in 1973 with only two member schools, has become the largest organization for international educators in South Korea with more than 30 member schools and educational institutions. Total registered professionals from all those institutions are now more than 1,600 members. As the oldest professional association of international educators in the country, KORCOS hopes to grow by watching the constant changes on the environment, technology, and educational programs in the country.

As a member of KORCOS, your institution will enjoy the benefits of current professional development offerings that are relevant to the needs of today’s world. For 30 years, KORCOS has hosted an annual International Education Conference, convening all professionals from international schools, educational foundations, and universities. As a member of KORCOS, your institution will enjoy the benefits of professional development offerings that are most current and relevant to the needs of today’s world. Besides the annual International Education Conference, KORCOS also holds Job-Alike workshops throughout the year with participation by international educators from around the country.
